before 2006

The brand N-Partner (NP), or abbreviation of two words - Nippon (Japan) Partner, suggests it's orientation on activities closely tied with the Far East region where the promoters had already been developing activities far before N-Partner was officially established. At the very beginning N-Partner was expected to fill the lack of services for Asian, especially Japanese, companies which have placed investments in the V4 region and/or the central European countries.

06 - 2006

N-Partner s.r.o.(Ltd.) (NP) founded as a trading and consulting company launched the first consulting project, providing TRANSLATION SERVICES from/to Japanese, Czech, Slovakian, English language.

10 - 2006

N-Partner s.r.o.(Ltd.) started to support its clients by high quality HR SERVICES: recruitment, executive search, personnel outsourcing. Our core clients have been Japanese TOYOTA supplier manufactures starving for quality labor and office workers and administratives from the region of CEE.

03 - 2007

NP launched the Japan operations by extending the TRANSLATION SERVICES to Japan for Japanese-Czech based client.

01 - 2008

NP opened Czech subsidiary NP Outsourcing s.r.o., serving its clients personal outsourcing or temporally staffing services and vocational training of native employees in Japanese environment.

05 - 2008

Due to the economy crisis, NP Outsourcing has to lay off more than 50 % of the temporarily employees. NP retains its major clients.

02 - 2008

Extension of the Japanese operations by long stay operation in Japan. Monozukuri training : NP obtains the know how on Japanese production management systems - Lean production, TPS, TPM etc.

08 - 2008

Boost traveling project kicked of. NP involved in the tourism development between Japan and Slovakia.

01 - 2009

N-Partner promotes NP Consulting s.r.o, , specialized division of the Human Capital services.

08 - 2008

"NP Travel" project kick off. NP comes out with the short business plan on Central EU inbound tourism development to be presented in the face of European Commision.

12 - 2008

NP business plan approved by EC. NP General Manager (CEO) selected to be sent to Japan.

02 - 2009

New HQ office in the Heart of Bratislava. NP became the leading entity of the NP Group business community.

03 - 2009

CEO joins the ETP27 Japan - 1 year Executive Training Program to obtain the extended know-how on Japanese business environment and market entry strategy to expand NP operations in Japan.

07 - 2009

NP survives tough slow down of the economy with direct negative impact to service industry.

12 - 2009

NP becomes the only commercial subject dedicating its power to East Asia - Slovakia trade issues.

NP starts negotiations with the oldest travel agency in Japan - Nippon Travel Agency, in order to marginally strengthen the tourist exchange between Central EU and Japan in both ways respectively.
